Meals other than the daily breakfast specified in the itinerary (lunch and dinner, unless explicitly stated for specific days) are also excluded, giving you the opportunity to explore local culinary delights independently. Tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff are at your discretion. Any expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances like flight delays, natural calamities, or political unrest are not covered. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour start date will incur a minimal administrative fee. Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before the start date will result in a forfeiture of 25% of the total package cost. For cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the tour start date, 50% of the total package cost will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date, or a 'no-show' on the day of departure, will result in 100% forfeiture of the package cost.
