By accessing and using JaipurCab.com, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on JaipurCab’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a license grant—not a transfer of title. 3. Booking Policy

All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is only confirmed once the user receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. JaipurCab reserves the right to cancel bookings at its discretion, especially in cases of incorrect information, payment failure, or unavailability of vehicles. Customers are expected to provide accurate travel details at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Charges

All prices listed on the site are base fares and are subject to change depending on factors like tolls, parking fees, state taxes, waiting charges, and route variations. JaipurCab ensures transparency and will notify customers of any additional charges prior to the commencement of the trip. No hidden charges are levied without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. If a cancellation occurs within 2 hours or after the driver has been dispatched, partial or no refund will be processed. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 5–7 business days. Special policies may apply during festive or peak travel periods.

6. Privacy Policy

JaipurCab values your privacy. Personal data collected during booking, such as name, contact number, and pickup location, is used solely for service fulfillment and not shared with third parties unless required by law. For detailed information, refer to our dedicated Privacy Policy page.

7. Service Availability

Our services are available across multiple cities in India. However, vehicle availability may vary depending on location, date, and demand. JaipurCab cannot guarantee availability for last-minute bookings but will always try to accommodate customer requests based on available fleet capacity.

8. Driver Conduct & Safety

All drivers associated with JaipurCab are background-verified and trained to adhere to professional standards. Drivers are expected to maintain hygiene, follow road safety rules, and ensure a smooth customer experience. If you encounter any misconduct, please report it immediately through our customer support.

9. Limitation of Liability

JaipurCab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our service. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or external factors beyond our control. However, every effort is made to mitigate such occurrences.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. By using this website, you consent to the legal terms stated herein.
